Pipeline Utilities employs well-paid and benefited professionals for all phases of utility construction.
All employees are highly skilled and certified for all types of pipe and conduit installation.
All employees and contracted labor are legal and insured.
The single most important quality that is demanded of our employees is respect for the tenants and owners that live within the communities where we work. A friendly, positive demeanor toward all persons encountered on the project site regardless of circumstance is the ultimate goal. Our key employees have been with us for many years and are well trained in dealing with the peculiar difficulties of modular/mobile home park construction. They have met the challenges of maintaining a professional relationship with both tenants and management many times over the years, and will continue to do so as long as they are associated with Pipeline Utilities.
The skills required for today’s utility pipeline installation, especially in the modular and mobile home industry, are both technical and mechanical in nature demanding a high level of concentration from each individual. This includes the common laborers, as well as the apprentice and journeymen pipe-fitters and heavy equipment operators. All must work together as a unit toward a common goal.
Communication and a serious, but positive, attitude toward each other and the community are paramount. Pipeline Utilities’ employees continually exhibit these attributes on each project we take on.
